SAMLearning offers 50 online courses for SATs and GCSE that have been proven to raise achievement in schools.
Courses are written by experienced subject teachers and examiners who help learners to understand what examiners are looking for in answers to exam questions. Learners receive instant feedback and marks giving them the opportunity to identify strengths and areas for improvement and revision targets before the exams.
The Derby High School has subscribed to this service for the past 4 years, in which time, we have seen our Key Stage 3 and 4 results improve to record levels.

All pupils have a valid UserID for SamLearning. The ID shown below is an example, but all pupil’s ID's consist of their 6 digit Date of Birth followed by 2 initials. If there are any difficulties, one of the ICT staff is always at hand to help out.
