Our Partners
At The Derby High School, we relish opportunities to work in partnership with schools, community groups, professionals, and businesses. These collaborations provide our students with unique opportunities that extend beyond the classroom and prepare them to thrive in the wider world.
Who We Work With
We are proud to work alongside a wide range of national, regional, and local organisations who share our values and support our vision.
The Comino Foundation
The Comino Foundation is a charity dedicated to empowering individuals and communities by providing tailored support services that promote social opportunity, personal development, and practical skill-building.
Partnering with The Comino Foundation aligns with our commitment to providing holistic support for our students, helping them to thrive both academically and personally. Their comprehensive programmes offer students valuable opportunities to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and overcome challenges.
Through this collaboration, our students are equipped with the tools they need to succeed in both their educational journeys and future endeavours. We also participate in events throughout the year that focus on developing students’ skills to transition into further education and employment.
All partnerships are with top-performing companies and institutes, giving students the unique opportunity to work with professionals from the sector, gaining real-world experience and insights that help shape their futures.
This year, we are running ten projects across different curriculum areas, providing students with diverse opportunities to engage, learn, and grow in collaboration with industry leaders and experts.
