Welcome to the Art area
Head of Department – Ms S. Livesley
Our role is to develop the visual language techniques and experiences of students. We actively engage students in the exploration of traditional and contemporary techniques and concepts. We endeavour to grow both pupils’ skills and appreciation of art, craft and design; development of subject specific vocabulary is facilitated to enable pupils to express their thoughts, ideas and feelings about peers’ and professionals’ their own work.
