Grade 5 – Scale Point 4-5 pro-rata

FTE Salary £23,144 – £23,500

Term time plus 5 days

37 Hours per week

Hours of work 8.30am – 4.30pm (4 dAYS) & 8.30AM – 4.00 PM (1 DAY)

 

 

 

The Derby High School in Bury, Greater Manchester, are seeking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant with sound knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel.  The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for our Pastoral and Data teams.  The role includes elements of data entry and analysis. Flexibility will be required to support other areas of administration within school.

  • Experience of MIS systems (preferably SIMS)
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and electronic communications in particular manipulation of excel spreadsheets
